Synopsis
: On film sets in Berlin and Seoul, rehearsals repeat. Scenes are performed, interrupted, and restarted. In these repetitions and failures, something is always deferred.
‘Be-Cut: Deleted/Existing’ is composed of footage captured during filming but excluded in the editing process: unstable takes, technical errors, forgotten lines, unscripted exchanges, accidental recordings, extended waiting times between shots. By assembling what is usually discarded, the film traces the processes of selection and removal that structure the image, and asks which bodies and voices remain outside the frame.
